Through this kind of whole-self therapy, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself on all levels and feel empowered to make positive changes in your life.

I am an individual therapist for adults (18+ years old) for a variety of mental concerns. Although I primarily see clients 1 on 1, at times we may bring in family members or other support people as needed. I have a holistic approach that looks at the whole person– mind, body, and spirit. I believe that all of these aspects are intimately related and we must look at them all in order to fully understand one’s story. I do not see clients as a diagnosis, but instead, use my training to gather history to inform my treatment plan.

 Areas of Practice

My approach is trauma-informed and utilizes the framework of an 8-phase model of EMDR.
